Our History
Chef Hector attended culinary school in Guadajara, Mexico and began with a family restaurant in Sonora. After coming to the United States, he honed his skills working in a variety of restaurants learning French, Italian, Kosher cuisines. Now with a new beginning Hector and his family bring the flavors from his home to Westport.
